We have a solar-powered coffee processing plant in Namanve 17km from Kampala. This is a costly energy source for the organisation of which solar power plant built on the factory roof consists of 442 panels capable of producing 172 kWp.
In addition to reducing electricity costs, the 172 kWp solar power plant is expected to reduce the carbon footprint in the Namanve environment.
